The apartments consist of two rooms (2 rooms, double and triple) have all the modern comforts, air conditioning, their own bathroom, own TV , and of course a magnificent view to the sea and the front coasts. The rooms can accommodate up to 4 people.

There is daily cleaning service and the owners are always there for you to solve all your requests.

The new road which connects Panagia beach with Simos beach is now ready! 3km distance only 7 minutes drive to Simos beach.

Location

Elafonisos - Panagia

Elafonisos is located in the prefecture of Laconia and is the southern edge of the Peloponnese. Elafonisos is characterized by unparalleled natural treasure, a rare natural beauty and a special flora and fauna. The local cuisine based on fish and local production, shapes the culture of the people and the character of the place. Elafonisos has its own taste and its own way of cooking.

On the west side of Elafonisos, in Kato Nisi area, opposite the coast of Mani, is the beach of Panagia. This is a long sandy beach with deep blue waters. Along the beach there are rare dunes and a forest of sea cedars. Characteristic of the beach are the famous "Virgin Islands", the three islands, Casela , Prasonisi, and the Lefto island, that surround and protect the beach.

The beautiful beach with the crystal waters and the golden sand, is looking from above the church of Panagia Katonisiotissas, sacred symbol of the Katonisiotes people.

The church of the Virgin Mary and the beach with the islands, combined with its imposing but peaceful character of the area, constitute a unique laconic landscape. Here in Kato Nisi, at the beach of Panagia, reigns the sun of Elafonisos.

On the south side of the island, in the area of Lefki and opposite the Kythira lies the internationally famous beach of Simos. The beach separates Sarakiniko bay, creating two bays, the bay of the Saracens (the long beach) which extends to the Kournospila and the bay of Frangos (the small beach) which extends to Frangos.

The endless beach of Simos is a beach with fine golden sand and dunes within, reaching almost 10 meters tall. The forest with sea cedars covers a wide area and connects the two beaches.
